Painting Concord LLC did quite a bit for me, and all of it was high quality workmanship. All of my shudders were repainted and they were in disasterous shape beforehand. The entire exterior "stucco" base of the house, - front, back and sides were also painted -- from a dilapidated ugly tired off white to a beautiful new white. This makes the house look 25 years younger. Every thing was pressure washed before hand, including the old front double doors. But it did not stop there. "Sergio" the prompt, polite and efficient CEO also had his men remodeled my entire downstairs, complete with large beige tiles from ugly tired linolium floor. They choice of taste was superb. They also did huge amounts of drywall work, including an entire new double door closet, and various damaged drywall problems throughout the entire house (yes it is an old neglected house in north wilmington). They also have a terrific electrician, for old wall sockets that do not work, and light fixtures that do now work and wall switches. I am such faith that I am having him redo my bathrooms because the shower is a disaster in particular and needs to be completely ripped out. Painting Concord also installed a large exterior fence in my backyard which looks sharp. I am remodeling much of the entire house, which is money well spent. Rather than have a half dozen contractors for many different jobs, his company has proven up to the task. Just make a bullet poinit list of things you want remodeled or fixed, and cease having to worry about finding a contractor to do it. Yes, his price is right also. Sergio the owner has low overhead. I have rehabbed 4 houses in my lifetime, so I know home remodel contractors quite well. The best thing is to get a small company with low overhead where you know you are gonna get workmanship and pride at a very good price. His workers are quiet and diligent. Painting Concord is great bargain. I know that money put into a home in north wilmington where I live, is money well spent. If you have half a dozen things that need remodeling, give Sergio's company one of them to prove himself. You will see. See more See less
